    Brick& Theme helps you with approvals through professionals on our platform. While we don’t directly manage approvals, our partners make the process smooth and hassle-free for you.
  • What quality checks are done on-site?
    We use a special checklist called QASCON with over 470 quality checks. You can find more details in the Quality section of our website.
  • Is the compound wall included in the package?
    Compound walls are not included by default. Since not all homes need them, you only pay for it if you choose to include a compound wall in your package.
  • Can I choose materials not included in the package?
    Yes, our packages are flexible. You can easily switch materials, like adding or removing items from a shopping cart. Our consultants can guide you on how to make these changes.
